  • 2 cups oat flour 
  • 2 TBS organic sugar or coconut sugar 
  • 1 TBS baking powder 
  • ½ tsp baking soda 
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed 
  • ¾ tsp salt 
  • 1 TBS All Moringa superfood powder 
  • 2 cups unsweetened oat milk 
  • 3 TBS melted coconut oil or avocado oil 
  • 2 TBS freshly squeezed lemon juice 

 

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground flaxseed, salt, and moringa powder. Whisk all dry ingredients together. 
  2. In a separate bowl, mix oat milk, oil, and lemon juice. 
  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry. Gently whisk until fully incorporated, but not completely smooth. There should still be a few lumps here and there. 
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet and add oil or cooking spray. Using a ¼ cup measure for each pancake, portion batter into 3 places on the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear, and the top looks dry enough to flip. Turn the pancakes over and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until second side is golden. Transfer finished pancakes to a plate (keep warm in a 200 degree oven if you wish).
