- Carrier Liability: Once a Product is in transit, you agree that the carrier is responsible for the Product’s safe and timely delivery. In the event of loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit, your recourse is to file a claim directly with the carrier.
5. PACKAGE MARKED “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED

- Verify the shipping address you provided is accurate.
- Inspect your porch, mailbox, or common areas if applicable.
- Consult neighbors or building personnel to confirm whether they accepted the package.

Contact Carrier:
- Provide your tracking number to the carrier for detailed delivery information.
- Carriers may mark a package as “delivered” prematurely, and it could still arrive within 24–48 hours.

Suspected Theft or Loss:
- If you suspect theft, you may wish to file a police report.
- All Moringa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier confirms the package as “delivered.”

- If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@allmoringatree.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee replacement or refund unless the package is returned to us by the carrier.
6. UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED PACKAGES

- If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, we may charge additional shipping fees or issue a partial refund (excluding initial shipping costs), at our sole discretion.
