On most recent purchase in January 2025, the product arrived with the consistency of “honey”, not the usual more liquid consistency. So I was unable to properly extract the product and basically could not use it. I’ve attached a photo. I want to buy more but am concerned why this happened. Would you please shed some light on this. I normally drink Moringa tea regularly because I have a Moringa tree in my back yard so I knew that I wouldn't have an allergic reaction to this oil. It's soo soothing to my skin but be careful when applying it the oil is very fluid. It's not thick, and the scent is mild but if you're use to it then it's not a problem. I don't think it would sting anyones eyes, but if you're new to this oil start off slowly and apply it on the lower corners of your face for a while to get used to it. I think it's perfect for me and my extremely sensitive, dry dehydrated skin and I can see myself using forever. If I move from this house in the future I'm glad that they also sell the powder for purchase so I can continue take care of my health.

Some moringa oils are heavy with an earthy smell. I have sensitive skin so I use unsented oils. The heavier oils aren't absorbed easily and often clog pores. Your oil absorbs nicely.
